Why telehealth? Telehealth may be a good fit if you:

-have a busy work schedule during the traditional business hours in which many therapists operate.
Whatever your reasons, research has proven that online-based therapy is equally effective to traditional, in-person therapy. What is most effective is the therapeutic connection, rather than the method of the connection. I am licensed to provide therapy in both North and South Carolina, so distance is no obstacle!
